In today’s rapidly changing business environment, change is almost unavoidable. The ability of a team member to stick together, adapt, be effective, and grow together has never been more important than today. As a result, a high-performing team is extremely important!

Last weekend, Jay Team Building enjoyed a fantastic team building session with Innity. The team building objective is “One Team One Vision,” with the goal of exploring participants’ skills in team communication, change leadership, motivation, team problem solving, and goal sharing.

In these two days and one night, the participants demonstrated high energy, full participation, and team spirit. They were fully engaged in activities like “Rakit” building, personality assessment, and others.

Appxplore is simply an amazing team who is always energetic and adventurous. Leaving the urban city, they embraced the nature by having a nice camping experience. Without any modern cookware, they tried to bake some breads. Throughout the activities held, they were able to express their passion toward nature and show their courage whenever they had faced any challenged. Without fear, they work together to deal with any hindrance they faced during their rafting experiences in Gopeng. They presented their teamwork and they will always unite as one to seek for a better performance!
