JAY Team had a great team building session with Columbia Asia Hospital – Nusajaya!

Jay Team Building’s practices focus on developing accountability, communication capability and collaboration within teams we believed that great team is built when people are received specific challenge, interaction between team members, conflict management and relationship in work.

Some takeaway learning points from participants…
1) “Focus” is essential especially for individual who are engaged in busy and stress environment

“Be The One” with FMC Technologies

“Be The One” team building workshop’s aim is to explore FMC’s core values which are quality, customer-centered, integrity, valuing people, innovation, collaboration and safety sustainability. Before the “The One Team” is formed, it takes few stages for the development of team; Stage 1: Forming, Stage 2: Storming, Stage 3: Norming and Stage: Performing.

In these 2 days 1 night, the participants demonstrated high energy, 100% participation and team spirit and they were fully engaged in all challenges assigned by lead facilitator, Steve. Coupled with interactive sharing by facilitator and debriefing session, the participants have learnt and inspired by the team building session, and they’re committed to live out the “Be The One” way!
