Jay Team Leads a 150-pax team-building program last week reminded me that no great event is ever accomplished alone.
What made the program special was that participants were reshuffled for every challenge, encouraging them to build new connections and collaborate with different teammates. From a digital Amazing Race in Jonker Street and Morning Dodge Ball to a rollercoaster project and the final Penguin Challenge, every activity reinforced the power of teamwork and working towards one shared goal.

With a combination of vision and the magical touch, Carlsberg Malaysia has already built a strong relationship among its team members.

The lead facilitator, Alex and Jay team had an exciting time challenging them with various tasks in teams, showing them new perspectives of one another. Yet another successful Amazing Race in heritage town of Malacca by TTG Media Asia from Singapore, the leading publisher and organizer of events in travel and tourism in the Asia Pacific region.

In this Race, Map is not provided and participants have to locate all locations with the little information provided by the race director. Constant communication, flexible leadership style and strong team problem skill have made the team successfully completed a series of challenges in Jonker Street!

In-collaboration with ITS Management, JAY Team Builder has delivered a 3 day 2 night team building program “One Team, One Vision” to O Tec Kemajuan Sdn Bhd In A Famosa Resort, Malacca. First day was “Break the Barrier” indoor Program, understand team personality, working closely within team members.

On second day, Participants were brought to Jonker Street for “Amazing Jonker Race”. This race was exciting, challenging, fun and educational. The whole race was emphasizing on Team Planning, communication and team work. Participants needed to solve and perform all kind of tasks like Trishaw Challenge, Batik Drawing, Pineapple tart making and many more. In Afternoon, participants were challenged to make a “Cartoon Boat” at Klebang beach (The only beach at Malacca).
