Jay Team Leads a 150-pax team-building program last week reminded me that no great event is ever accomplished alone.
What made the program special was that participants were reshuffled for every challenge, encouraging them to build new connections and collaborate with different teammates. From a digital Amazing Race in Jonker Street and Morning Dodge Ball to a rollercoaster project and the final Penguin Challenge, every activity reinforced the power of teamwork and working towards one shared goal.

A one-day meaningful team-building experience with the Finance Team from Innity, bringing together a group of young professionals in a cowboy-themed resort setting.

Through engaging challenges, purposeful activities, and plenty of laughter, the team explored:

✔ Having fun while delivering results

Sometimes, the best conversations and breakthroughs happen outside the meeting room.

An amazing time spent at a luxury homestay with a young and energetic team.
Specially designed team-building activities created strong bonds and deep connection—so engaging that the energy carried on well into the night!

After continued with an exciting Amazing Race along Jonker Street, pushing the team to extend their physical limits while having loads of fun.
