“One Team One Vision” with JCI Malaysia

A group becomes a team when each member is sure enough of himself and his contribution to praise the skills of the others. This is how JCI national board had demonstrated their excellent teamwork in the Team Building in Selesa Resort.

Each of them holding different position in their own company, different personality, background and even opinion, It somehow doesn’t big matter for them to work together in JCI Malaysia as they have a very clear on which direction heading to.

Their good team work spirit showed in this team building program particularly in traffic jam and carton board activity, they were showing their own strength and compromising each other’s weaknesses and eventually lead to succeed.

“One Team One Vison” with Cassis Services Sdn Bhd

MORPHO / Cassis Services , A Global Leader In Trusted Security Solutions has engaged JAY Team Building to conduct a team building workshop with objective of “One Team, One Vision”. As we know vision energizes people, garners commitment, give meaning to work and establish a standard of excellence!

The Facilitator, Steve Eng and JAY Team Builders has delivered numerous outdoor and indoor programs to participant such as Human Puzzle, Bridge Building, Carton Boat building, Zorball and Bumper ball, Night Trust Walk and Roller Coaster building. All these programs have challenged participants to move towards one direction which was “One Team, One Vision”.

Sharing and debriefing session were conducted by Steve to ensure the learnings is taken place. The workshop ended with participant’s sharing and prize giving ceremony.

“Winning Sales Team Building” with Hong Leong Assurance – CATP

No man is an island; we do not believe that individual that affects the sales team. We believe that overall sales team morale will significantly increase individual sales performance! JAY Team Builder was having a Team Building session “Winning Sales Team Building” with one of the best Hong Leong Assurance (HLA) team, CATP over the last weekend.

100 participants were divided into 10 teams and they all took part in various challenges and games in these two days, from challenges like 4 hours Nonstop Amazing Race, Inflatable ball challenges, Human Chess games, Carton Boat Building, night activities. They are truly understand the importance of working as team and having a shared goal!

At last session on last day, All Participants were participating the “Board Breaking” exercise to show their commitment towards their goal that being written on the board. During and after the event, the energy level was noticeably high, participants talked about their experience and many now proudly display their broken boards at their desks.This team building session was conducted in Mandarin by JAY Team Building Senior Facilitator, Mr Ng Eng Hooi

“Building High Performance Team” with Columbia Asia Hospital – Puchong”

Learning is fun, retention is increased when participants are engaged with fun, challenging and not-threatened environment activities and such activities we call ‘Experiential Learning”. Second batch of staffs from Columbia Asia – Puchong attended JAY Team Building Experiential Learning workshop “Building High Performance Team”.

All programs and activities are designed based on the experiential learning approach backed with Interactive Sharing by Facilitator and Debriefing by Participants. During these two days program, Participants were working together as a team, sharing a common goal and understand team member’s strengths and weaknesses. At the end of the program, they committed to perform their best in order to achieve company goal!

“New Age Leadership” with Columbia Asia Hospital – Puchong”

As the world changes, organizations and leaders are beginning to change in response. Yet we are still in a transition period between the old and the new, which partly explains why we often hear talk about a current “leadership Crisis”. JAY Team Building delivered a program “New Age Leadership” to Columbia Asia Hospital – a leading hospital in Malaysia.

During these two days, topics like reality of leadership, communicate a shared vision, leadership communication and Follower-ship were shared to the participants during debrief and sharing session. Participants were actively involved in all programs. They shared the insights and the learning points of the activities. Experiential program like Amazing Race required participants to navigate through a series of tasks using the clues as they race to complete the race.

On the roller coaster building project, participant were ask to build a free standing device capable of transporting a ball over a given distance. At the initial brief many participants will not believe that this task is achievable. However, there were champions who’re enthuse and motivate the rest of team, with the support of our Facilitator.

Bored with conventional treasure hunt? Drained and exhausted when looking and guessing for the clues? Now JAY Team Building has designed a fun, safe & effective exploration race (Car treasure hunt + Amazing Race) for your team.

This exploration race to explore and experience the key elements of effective team work-shared purpose, commitment, trust, honesty, openness, time management, advance planning and mutual respect.

AIA Shared Services has appointed JAY Team Building to organize an Exploration Race. The Race is a fast-paced team building event that challenges teams to navigate through a series of tasks using the clues as they race to complete the race.

There will be a series of challenges that will allow you to earn points. The more points you earn the better! 5 teams from AIA Shared Services were driving their car exploring areas of Putrajaya, Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Nilai and Sepang. They have to solved the puzzle & clues, , performed task, navigation, etc.
