In this rapidly changing business environment, changes are almost unavoidable. The ability of the    member in a team to stay together, to adapt, to be effective and to grow together has never been so important than now. Hence, a high performance team is greatly needed!

Last weekend, JAY Team Building was having a great team building session with FUKUDA. The objective of the team building is “Building High Performance Team” with the aim of exploring participants in the area of team communication, change leadership, motivation, team problem solving and sharing common goal.

The participants were demonstrating high energy, full participation and team spirit in these 2 days 1 night and they were fully engaged in activities like “Rakit” building, rollercoaster challenge, personality assessment and other indoor team problem solving activities. Each experiential session were backed with organized debriefing and sharing session by facilitator.

“Building High Performance Team” ended with speech and certificate presentation by AGM from FUKUDA.
