Listening, Understanding, Challenging, Communicating and Executing are keys to take the company to the next level.

The Career Track has spent 2 days quality time together. They shared great memories when they’re working together as one team. They learnt from each other, expressing themselves the way they work in office and as well as the way they live their live!

JAY programs simulate the scenario happens in the office. Team are briefed on a set of ground rules and guideline for an initiative. They are then given limited resources and a set amount of time to plan their action. Sudden changes occurs and they are still challenged to be successful, which all this simulate a working environment.

There are numerous role in a team including the role of leader and follower. All these roles should be rotated in regular basis to ensure them builds strengths among each other. Assignment of role should be based on skill, experience and commitment, not solely on seniority.

36 young, smart and vibrant participants from Jurutera Perunding Primareka have participated in 3 days 2 nights team building program at Cherating. Participants are engaged with variety of activities and they learnt different personalities and skill of their peers through practical activities and debrief session after each activity.

JAY Team Building believes high performance team are built when the team create a shared experience– experience that have
1) Shared goal
2) Challenges from activities.
3) Disagreement among team member
4) Unexpected changes happen
5) Brainstorming among team member
6) Interaction between team member

A Very outstanding team with super high energy level – JP Tekad Maju. They motivated each other in a unique way of calling themselves as a champion team’. Proven that competition brings out the best of each individual and of course they move stronger as a team to deliver the end result!

Team formation takes time, and teams often go through 4 stages, Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing. Hence Team leader’s aim is to help your team member move towards “Performing Stage” as quickly as possible. This is what JAY Joint Lead facilitators Steve & Jovie always emphasize during their team coaching program.

In this two days, Participants actively involved in all programs particularly in the waterfall trekking and amazing race. they have shared about themselves, learning points and commit to have more engagement with other team members.

A group becomes a team when each member is sure enough of himself and his contribution to praise the skills of the others. This is how JCI national board had demonstrated their excellent teamwork in the Team Building in Selesa Resort.

Each of them holding different position in their own company, different personality, background and even opinion, It somehow doesn’t big matter for them to work together in JCI Malaysia as they have a very clear on which direction heading to.

Their good team work spirit showed in this team building program particularly in traffic jam and carton board activity, they were showing their own strength and compromising each other’s weaknesses and eventually lead to succeed.
