Throughout 2 days program, we delved into various aspects and activities to uncover the strengths of greater agility, cohesiveness and collaboration, leading to a stronger performance. The focus was on designing a team program that not only addressed specific outcomes but also fostered an environment of openness and knowledge sharing. The aim is to drive the team towards greater cohesiveness and effectiveness.

They completed all challenges assigned by JAY Crews, especially on second day challenge, Amazing Race and they finished it cleanly in shortest time! This customized team building program “The Best in You, Made Possible” is specifically designed based on SEGI’s Brand Promise and the program led by Lead facilitator, Wei Siang and Team Coach, Eng Hooi. This 2 days program’s aim is to explore 3 Pillars of action which are;

“Winning Customer Service” with Perfect Pentagon

A Great Customer Service team usually possess the elements of enthusiasm, outgoing, confidence, organization, competition, networking, passionate, fun loving and solution oriented.

JAY Team Building’s client, Perfect Pentagon, one of the world largest direct selling company has participated in “Winning Customer Service” workshop led by experienced coach, Arlim. In these 3 days 2 night workshop, Coach Arlim engaged participants with several activities and all the activities are designed based on the experiential learning approach backed with interactive sharing by facilitator and debriefing by participants.

On the third day, all participants required to work as one team to challenge the “longest time” of roller coaster and Perfect participants have set a new record! Seeing the Roller coaster’s new record is a high energy moment with cheers and applause.

Abadi Aviation Services (AAS), A pioneer Airline Representation (GSA) company in Malaysia has participated in Team Building workshop, “One Team, One Vision”. With having the shared values and mindset of Fast, Excellence Service and Innovative, Participants have gone all out in all activities and challenges. It can be seen that during the carton boat and rollercoaster building challenge. Tremendous energy and hard work were invested in these two projects and it was paid off eventually!

Bored with conventional treasure hunt? Drained and exhausted when looking and guessing for the clues? Now JAY Team Building has designed a fun, safe & effective exploration race (Car treasure hunt + Amazing Race) for your team.

This exploration race to explore and experience the key elements of effective team work-shared purpose, commitment, trust, honesty, openness, time management, advance planning and mutual respect.

AIA Shared Services has appointed JAY Team Building to organize an Exploration Race. The Race is a fast-paced team building event that challenges teams to navigate through a series of tasks using the clues as they race to complete the race.

There will be a series of challenges that will allow you to earn points. The more points you earn the better! 5 teams from AIA Shared Services were driving their car exploring areas of Putrajaya, Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Nilai and Sepang. They have to solved the puzzle & clues, , performed task, navigation, etc.

JAY Team Building had a great team building session with Taylor Wharton staffs over the last weekend. The team building session was held in Taylor Wharton office in Shah Alam and the objective of this team building was to align the technical staff to “Taylor Wharton Way” through a series of games and activities.
