A productive team-building day at OneCloud Technology Solutions’s sports lounge.
We went through a cycle of activities and debriefs—activity, then reflection, then activity again, followed by more debriefing. Along the way, we also had meaningful conversations about individual personalities, team dynamics, and collaboration styles.
By the end of the session, the team broke the record in Jay team building history for the rollercoaster challenge. Both teams achieved more than 10 seconds together, which signifies their commitment and the changes they want to make as a team.
