There are numerous role in a team including the role of leader and follower. All these roles should be rotated in regular basis to ensure them builds strengths among each other. Assignment of role should be based on skill, experience and commitment, not solely on seniority.
36 young, smart and vibrant participants from Jurutera Perunding Primareka have participated in 3 days 2 nights team building program at Cherating. Participants are engaged with variety of activities and they learnt different personalities and skill of their peers through practical activities and debrief session after each activity.
