On 7 July, A Team of 180 Kotra Pharma Staffs rocked Ipoh Town with the mission of completing 10 Stations within 4 hours! They walked in hot weather, they built balloon device, connect the PVC pipes, made Indian flower garland, and peeled and designed pomelo hat with, flipped roti canai, walking with special device with the support of the team, “eating worms” and many more.
The radius of the race is 2km! This is most challenging (to date) with a new record of 180 participants… exploring the heritage city on this Amazing Race! Participants have no choice but have to plan it wisely before the race to avoid wasted time and energy, they have to collaborate with other team (competitors). Unlike conventional treasure hunt where participants required to find clue & solving puzzle. In this race, the team has total control of how they plan their race and every participants MUST work together (no free rider) in order to complete each challenge.
This one day team training designed to align Kotra Pharma’s Vision, Mission (4 Pillars) and Core Values to the participants.
