Learning is fun, retention is increased when participants are engaged with fun, challenging and not-threatened environment activities and such activities we call “Experiential Learning”.
The 5th batch of participants from Columbia Asia Hospital Nusajaya had great fun and learning over the weekend at Desaru beach and they overcome challenges with great team spirit!
