Learning is fun, retention is increased when participants are engaged with fun, challenging and not-threatened environment activities and such activities we call ‘Experiential Learning”. Second batch of staffs from Columbia Asia – Puchong attended JAY Team Building Experiential Learning workshop “Building High Performance Team”.
All programs and activities are designed based on the experiential learning approach backed with Interactive Sharing by Facilitator and Debriefing by Participants. During these two days program, Participants were working together as a team, sharing a common goal and understand team member’s strengths and weaknesses. At the end of the program, they committed to perform their best in order to achieve company goal!
