As the world changes, organizations and leaders are beginning to change in response. Yet we are still in a transition period between the old and the new, which partly explains why we often hear talk about a current “leadership Crisis”. JAY Team Building delivered a program “New Age Leadership” to Columbia Asia Hospital – a leading hospital in Malaysia.
During these two days, topics like reality of leadership, communicate a shared vision, leadership communication and Follower-ship were shared to the participants during debrief and sharing session. Participants were actively involved in all programs. They shared the insights and the learning points of the activities. Experiential program like Amazing Race required participants to navigate through a series of tasks using the clues as they race to complete the race.
On the roller coaster building project, participant were ask to build a free standing device capable of transporting a ball over a given distance. At the initial brief many participants will not believe that this task is achievable. However, there were champions who’re enthuse and motivate the rest of team, with the support of our Facilitator.
