A group becomes a team when each member is sure enough of himself and his contribution to praise the skills of the others. This is how JCI national board had demonstrated their excellent teamwork in the Team Building in Selesa Resort.
Each of them holding different position in their own company, different personality, background and even opinion, It somehow doesn’t big matter for them to work together in JCI Malaysia as they have a very clear on which direction heading to.
Their good team work spirit showed in this team building program particularly in traffic jam and carton board activity, they were showing their own strength and compromising each other’s weaknesses and eventually lead to succeed.
