In-collaboration with ITS Management, JAY Team Builder has delivered a 3 day 2 night team building program “One Team, One Vision” to O Tec Kemajuan Sdn Bhd In A Famosa Resort, Malacca. First day was “Break the Barrier” indoor Program, understand team personality, working closely within team members.
On second day, Participants were brought to Jonker Street for “Amazing Jonker Race”. This race was exciting, challenging, fun and educational. The whole race was emphasizing on Team Planning, communication and team work. Participants needed to solve and perform all kind of tasks like Trishaw Challenge, Batik Drawing, Pineapple tart making and many more. In Afternoon, participants were challenged to make a “Cartoon Boat” at Klebang beach (The only beach at Malacca).
