“Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.” Call center staffs from Shangri-La Hotels have proved that “Nothing is Impossible” in today’s team building workshop.
During the team building workshop, they share their experiences, they work hard to achieve the goal, they brainstormed on how to get thing done better, they laughed at each other, and they learnt to be stronger person and to be stronger team!
Highlight of the day was the “Car Building”. Team are asked build a PVC car from PVC pipe and other building parts. The challenges are not only on building a 4 wheel car, but a car can move right and left and has to compete against each other in a less than straight course (remember the race cars do not have motors and manoeuvrability will depend on the skill of team driver and “pushers” as well as construction of vehicle).
But, they made it happen!
