Studies have found a strong relationship between the levels of communication in an organization and job performance and satisfaction. Thus, it can be said that “effective communication is a building block of successful organizations”. In other words, communication acts as organizational blood.
In these two days, more than 100 participants from PLISB were participating in this “Team Communication Workshop” facilitated by JAY Team Building Facilitators. The objectives is to strengthen communication between departments and individual, enhancing understanding of group dynamics, different style of communication and fostering team work and team spirit.
Various team challenges introduced to participants, the highlight was on second day program, “Roller Coaster Challenge” where participant were challenged to build a rollercoaster track along which a ball must travel by gravity alone. Seeing the Roller coaster working is a high energy moment with cheers and applause.
Great dinner begins with great costumes! The theme for the dinner is Carton & Superheroes. Qualified contestants in pride go all out at the night for “Best Costume” award.
