JAY Team Building and Steelcase are working closely on making the dream work through a series of challenges and team bonding activities. To make the dream come true, it involves process of knowing each other very well, understand team mate’s personality and communication style, sharing a common goal, team communication, team supportiveness, trust, new age leadership and change management.
It was big challenges when come to the activities such as the fear factor, poweriser challenge, build a carton boat and rollercoaster challenge. But Steelcase has taken the challenge and successfully completed the whole activities in these two day team building workshop!
