Learning is fun, retention is increased when participants are engaged with fun, challenging and not-threatened environment activities and such activities we call “Experiential Learning”. Third batch of staffs from SEGI College Subang Jaya participated in this workshop last weekend.
It was big challenges when come to the activities such as the fear factor, Poweriser Challenge, Blindfold Tent Building, Human Puzzle and rollercoaster challenge.
All SEGI participants have taken the challenge and successfully completed the whole activities in these two day team building workshop!
