No man is an island; we do not believe that individual that affects the sales team. We believe that overall sales team morale will significantly increase individual sales performance! JAY Team Builder was having a Team Building session “Winning Sales Team Building” with one of the best Hong Leong Assurance (HLA) team, CATP over the last weekend.
100 participants were divided into 10 teams and they all took part in various challenges and games in these two days, from challenges like 4 hours Nonstop Amazing Race, Inflatable ball challenges, Human Chess games, Carton Boat Building, night activities. They are truly understand the importance of working as team and having a shared goal!
At last session on last day, All Participants were participating the “Board Breaking” exercise to show their commitment towards their goal that being written on the board. During and after the event, the energy level was noticeably high, participants talked about their experience and many now proudly display their broken boards at their desks.This team building session was conducted in Mandarin by JAY Team Building Senior Facilitator, Mr Ng Eng Hooi
